Graham & Richard 17th April 2020

Dear Graham & Richard I joined you via the webcast of your Dad’s funeral this afternoon. My condolences again at your sad loss. I think Andy would have appreciated the service. It was a very fitting eulogy that perfectly summed up who Andy was, and what was important to him. I just wanted you to know Andy was a great friend. We had many a good laugh in the Sans Pareil, and then the Royal Oak. As you know, Andy had a keen wit, and was always one to share a funny experience and a joke. We had a lot in common and got on very well. I will miss him. Just to add – Andy was immensely proud of you both, of your achievements, and of course, the grandchildren you gave him. He would have positively glowed at the thought you put into the service and the tributes you paid him today. I will raise a glass to Andy. As the poem went – when I remember Andy I will smile. Kind regards Andy Carter
