I was very sorry to hear about the passing of your father, and on behalf of the company offer our sincere condolences. Andy was a valued employee whose skill set has been hard to replace. As a very competent service engineer he was highly respected and frequently requested across our customer base. He performed an excellent role in protecting and developing customer goodwill, as well of course as keeping Rhodes machinery fully operational in the field. I will naturally also advise my father of the sad event. Ian is currently in self-isolation due to his age and underlying health conditions but I speak to him on a daily basis. The majority of our workforce is also currently furloughed but I will ensure Andy’s passing is communicated to the workforce. We still have many employees who will remember Andy very well, including our Technical Director, Peter Anderton and Service Support Engineer, Steve Eastwood.
